Developing an Effective Barefoot Core Workout provides a step-by-step overview of an effective workout that starts with standing and then moves the exerciser’s whole body through all of the basic planes of motion. The workout is designed to challenge the core musculature of the body, along with enhancing hip and shoulder stability and mobility. Exercisers begin by taking their shoes off and moving along the floor, targeting their core with full ranges of motion.
