Exercise and the Menstrual Cycle presents an overview of the basic endocrinology of the female menstrual cycle and the hormonal changes that can occur with strenuous exercise training. The DVD reviews the latest research findings regarding the physiological basis for how low energy levels can cause disruption in menstrual cyclically.
