Upper-Body Stretches provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals and techniques involved in safely stretching the major muscle groups of the upper body. Featuring practical advice and guidelines for safe, effective stretching, the DVD explains and demonstrates how to perform selected upper-body stretching exercises.
